Our SF City Performance Lean Program had the opportunity to present at the annual conference of the National Center for Public Performance at Suffolk University. Ryan Hunter and Jenessa Rozier spoke about the need to engage line staff to drive long-term performance, and how to create a lean culture change that sticks.
The Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC) featured an article written by Lean Program manager Ryan Hunter.
